About Me

Hi my name is Adam and I've had a passion for sports and fitness my whole life. I grew up playing hockey about an hour East of Toronto. My family was very active and we regularly went on camping and hiking trips on the rare weekends we weren't going to hockey or soccer tournaments. Needless to say I have been living the active lifestyle since day 1 and I am extremely grateful to have continued that practice into my adult life. I studied at Western university for kinesiology and earned my bachelors degree with honours. I've completed my personal trainer, group fitness and nutritionist certifications and have been working as a personal trainer and fitness coach for a little over a year now and couldn't be happier with what I do. I find a lot of motivation seeing my clients progress to overcome obstacles they might not be able to face alone. My training style relies on motivation and dedication, as well as a focus on the positives we experience throughout our workouts. I train with a lot of technical cues but with casual intent, so that you can enjoy your workout and not feel as if it's a task, more like a way to release pent up energy in a safe and motivating way.
